The service stands out too. Many reviews mention the attentive staff, who check in without being overbearing, allowing guests to savor their meals at their pace. The casual and cozy atmosphere is frequently admired, making it a perfect spot for groups and families.
Desserts also receive plenty of limelight, especially the Greek sweets served at the end of meals, which leave a sweet impression.
While The Real Greek is a favorite, some diners note that the busy atmosphere can feel overwhelming, particularly during peak hours. It’s important to plan your visit accordingly if you prefer a quieter backdrop.
A few patrons mentioned that certain popular dishes may run out during busy periods, leading to disappointment. Making reservations can alleviate this issue, but it's wise to arrive early during peak times to secure your favorites.
Additionally, the price point, while reasonable, can be a concern for those expecting a more budget-friendly dining experience, especially if ordering several small plates.
Me and my boyfriend came here to try out new food and have to say we couldn’t stop complimenting the whole experience!! The food was cooked to perfection, the staff were polite and kept on checking up on us, we wished we lived closer so we can come more often, but well worth the journey. Definitely will be coming again soon Many thanks to the staff tonight for making it special
Upama was a ace hostess, food was great. Closed at 9pm but let us book at table for 9pm for a 50th birthday meal. It's been a great night
Served by upama today, food was great, enjoyed it, ive now been two days in a row ! Might come back again next week for the lunch offer, served by upama - 10/10 service with free greek sweets at the end !
We love it here ! Very authentic food. Joan’s looked after us splendidly in Solihull today.
Reading the descriptions of items on the menu made us feel the food would just be alright. But when it arrived it was so delicious we ate the entire starter before we even recognised it had been set in front of us. The staff were all super friendly and welcoming, without being even the slightest bit overbearing. We really felt as if we were able to enjoy the meal completely at our own pace, especially because when we needed something it was enough to give any of the waitstaff a look and they would come over immediately. A really nice atmosphere and really convenient location, which alongside the delicious food made for a wondeful and relaxing evening.
A great place for an after work dinner, all the mezes we tried were beautiful, as was the desserts and cocktails. Service from Johnathan was amazing and so friendly. I will definitely be coming back.
The food is great! - the staff Upama is very nice and professional. This is our first time to come dinner in the Solihull Touchwood. Definitely will be a come-back!
I recommend starting with the Lamb Meatballs and Greek Moussaka for a hearty experience. Don’t miss the Fried Kalamari for seafood lovers, and the Halloumi Fries are an absolute treat. End with their great dessert offerings.
